Eligibility

The following entities are eligible to become members of COGWORKS at no cost:

  • Cities, Towns, Counties, and other Local Governments
  • Political Subdivisions and Planning Commissions
  • Schools, School Districts, Colleges, and Universities
  • Emergency Medical Services and Fire Districts
  • Hospitals and Hospital Districts
  • Special Law Enforcement Jurisdictions
  • Judicial Courts and Districts
  • Utility Districts
  • Special Districts
  • State Agencies
  • Nonprofit 501(c)(3) Corporations

How to Join

Membership in COGWORKS is free! Membership only requires an *Interlocal Agreement. There are no minimum spending requirements, and you can stop our contracts at any time. 


To become a member, complete and sign the Interlocal Agreement with ETCOG. Return the signed agreement to us by email, and we will return a signed copy for your files.


*Some entities may also require a board resolution. We have provided a sample below.

Required Documents

All members must submit a completed Interlocal Agreement to our Strategic Procurement Manager by emailing the document to Patricia.Hudspeth@etcog.org. If your organization requires a Board Resolution, we have provided a sample document below.
