Vendors may take part in any Multi-Award bid of their choosing. Please note any bid pricing submitted must be given to all current COGWORKS member entities, throughout the term of any awarded 12-month contract.

Hardcopy bid submissions must be clearly identified on the outermost return envelope or packaging and must be

received by the ‘Bid Due’ date/time, regardless of if by mail, courier/delivery services, or hand delivered, at:
