Participation in the COGWORKS purchasing cooperative is free for members of the East Texas Council of Governments and eligible entities. Please fill out the membership interest form below and submit your interlocal agreement. Our Strategic Procurement Manager will reach out to you shortly!

Thank you for your request to become a COGWORKS member. To complete the process of joining, non ETCOG members must also submit a $50 annual membership fee by submitting your payment at https://www.cog-works.org/payments.
